A PCB, or Printed circuit board, is an electric circuit used in most digital equipment, including computers. It is made by laying tracks of a conductor such as copper on to one or both sides of an insulating board. Components such as integrated circuits, resistance, and capacitors can be soldered to the surface of the board, or attached by inserting their connecting pins or wires in to holes drilled in the board.
